Our first consultation is FREE and informal ... and there’s no hard sell.
We will ask you about your business and what the issues are as you see them. We’ll also be honest in our appraisal of whether or not we believe we can help you. Most of the time we can.
If you decide to engage us, we normally start with an in-depth Business Review – an 'end to end' review of all aspects of the business – including your goals. You can read more about the Business Review using the tab at the top of the page.
Once we understand where the business is - and where you want it to be, we can start working on the development of the business with you. That’s the mentoring bit ... again there’s a tab at the top of the page to take you to a section that gives more details.

So, how much will all this cost?
Well to be honest it depends – it depends on the complexity of your business, how far away you are from your goals and how much time we need to spend with you.
